Dr. Sibram Nisonko, M.A., PH.D. is a management teacher, researcher, and writer. His specializations are industrial psychology, human resources development, organizational development, training and development, and general management. He worked as an Assistant Director (Behavioral Sciences), National Productivity Council (Ministry of Industries, Government of India), Senior Manager (HRD), Bank of Baroda. He introduced HRD systems, like the behaviorally anchored performance appraisal system, statistical manpower planning, and executive development programs. He was also associated with the Indian Society for Training and Development at Ahmadabad and Baroda.Presently, he is a Professor at the Institute of Business Management and Research at the University of Pune. He has published seven research papers in national journals and guided 100 students in their research projects.
